2. Regina v. R.V. [Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Calgary – February 2010]

Client charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and proceeds as a consequence of a police stop of a motor vehicle driven by client. Police seized approximately half an ounce of cocaine from client’s person and another half ounce (and cash) from the motor vehicle.
